Inviting guardians and students, and what they can see.
Inviting a guardian or student
From a student's record, invite their guardian(s) and/or the student themselves to the portal — this creates a login and gives you a reset link to share with them.
What parents see
Once logged in, a parent can switch between all of their linked children and view each one's attendance history, timetable, and published report cards — never anything before the school has published it.
Notification preferences
Each guardian can opt out of SMS or email alerts independently from their portal profile.
